СЕСИЛНОСТ КАО ИСТОРИЈСКОАНТРОПОЛОШКИ ПРОБЛЕМ: ПИСМА АПОСТОЛСКОГ ПЕНИТЕНЦИЈАРА О БРАЧНОЈ ДИСПЕНЗАЦИЈИ ИЗ XVII И XVIII ВЕКА КАО ПОВОД ЗА ПРЕИСПИТИВАЊЕ ОГРАНИЧЕЊА ДИСКУРСА О МИГРАЦИЈАМА

У Италији је у XVII и XVIII веку брачна диспензација (ослобађање од црквених забрана за бракове између одређених категорија људи) била уобичајена појава. Посебну групу ових диспензација чине оне које се односе на бракове између блиских сродника. Потенцијал ове институције Католичке цркве у погледу пружања доприноса разумевању људске мобилности до сада углавном није био разматран, иако ефекти које она производи можда највише долазе до изражаја управо кроз дискурс о просторној покретљивости. Тачније, овој се институцији или пракси може приступити као виду дестимулисања брачних миграција, односно као виду стимулисања просторне статичности. За потребе овог огледа учињен је покушај да се, путем дискурзивне анализе писама Апостолског пенитенцијара бискупима широм Италије у вези са брачном диспензацијом из наведеног периода, утврди којим су се дискурзивним праксама надлежни органи служили како би ову појаву оправдали. Потврда постојања везе између брачне диспензације и антиемиграционих тенденција на неки је начин индиректно већ наговештена бројним студијама из биофизичке антропологије, али није до сада била предмет истраживања социокултурних антрополога, који би овом проблему могли дати дубљу културолошку димензију.
