BRAČNA DISPENZACIJA U XVII I XVIII VEKU

Tokom sređivanja građe u istorijskom arhivu Birta u Rešici u Rumuniji, otkrivena je zbirka dokumenata koje je izdavala katolička crkva od XI do XX veka. Unutar te zbirke moguće je prepoznati i izdvojiti dokumente koji se odnose na različite zemlje, na različite periode i na različite teme. Posebnu pažnju istraživača privukao je fond papskih pisama u vezi sa bračnom dispenzacijom koja se odnose na molbe upućene iz različitih italijanskih gradova tokom XVII i XVIII veka. Pre nego što se pristupilo njihovoj analizi, učinjen je pokušaj da se dobro opiše društveni kontekst u kome su pisma nastala, a zatim da se odredi adekvatni teorijski okvir za proučavanje pomenutih pisama, koji će na konkretnu građu biti primenjen u sledećem radu. U ovom radu izdvojeni su glavni faktori koji su uticali na nastanak tih pisama, opšti odnos katoličke crkve prema braku, mehanizmi katoličke crkve za rešavanje pitanja dispenzacije, kao i glavna obeležja Italijanskog društva u pomenutom periodu.
