Ovo istraživanje je izvedeno s ciljem da istraži životnu dinamika Joruba zemljoradniak koristeći se triangulacijom kvalitativnih metoda. Nalazi pokazuju da su Joruba zemljoradnici većinom optimistični kada je reč o njihovoj egzistenciji. Očigledno je da streme višoj životnoj sigurnosti i s tim ciljem na umu posežu za religijom i upražnjavanjem raznovrsnih poslova kojim pospešuju prihode.
