BUDUĆNOST RADA ILI BUDUĆNOST BEZ RADA: RAZMIŠLJANJA OD MARKSA DO DANAS

U tekstu se mapiraju i kritički razmatraju dve dominantne neomarksističke struje o budućnosti rada proizašle iz Marksovog ambivalentnog stava prema radu i ulozi tehnologije i automatizacije u društvu. Savremena promišljanja o budućnosti rada se sa jedne strane kreću u pravcu njegove humanizacije i prevazilaženja otuđenja nastalog u okviru kapitalističkog načina proizvodnje, dok sa druge strane anti-work i post-work teorijski koncepti zagovaraju eliminaciju rada uz pomoć automatizacije i tehnoloških dostignuća koje je iznedrio kapitalizam. Prikazaće se dvosmerni razvoj marksističke misli o budućnosti rada u odnosu na sve rasprostranjeniju primenu digitalnih tehnologija i razvoj veštačke inteligencije, a mimoilaženje dve struje se neće uzeti kao ograničavajući faktor, već će fokus biti na njihovom zajedničkom doprinosu ponovnom preispitivanju samog koncepta rada u društvenoj teoriji i političkom delovanju. Promišljanja o budućnosti rada će se sagledati i kroz prizmu roda, kako bi se skrenula pažnja na poziciju rada društvene reprodukcije i rizik da bude proglašen visokomoralnim i autentičnim oblikom rada koji ne zahteva reorganizaciju. Takođe, u obzir će se uzeti antropološka perspektiva u kojoj se naglašava povezanost između ljudskih zajednica i rada, ali ne da bi se projektovalo buduće društvo, već da bi se proučilo kako se odnos prema radu transformiše kroz društveni, ekonomski i politički okvir, odnosno na preseku neoliberalizma i razvoja novih tehnologija u savremenom kontekstu. Kroz analizu teorija o budućnosti rada kroz različite paradigme, poziva se na otvaranje novog poglavlja u društvenoj teoriji kao inspiraciji za buduće političke zahteve koji bi društvo poveli van kapitalističkih okvira.
