KLASIČNI UZORI I KAKO IH STEĆI: PRILOG RAZMIŠLJANJU O ULOZI KLASIČNE STARINE U OBRAZOVANJU

Apstrakt

Narativ o klasičnoj Grčkoj kao o izvorištu najviših estetskih i etičkih načela predstavlja jedno od ključnih uporišta moderne evropske kulture. Zasnovan na delima J. J. Vinkelmana, objavljenim sredinom XVIII veka, ovaj stav posebno je rasprostranjen među društvenom elitom kroz delanje V. Humbolta, pruskog reformatora obrazovanja (1809–1810). Međutim, težište narativa vremenom se promenilo i od ideje o slobodi pojedinca preneto je na ideju o superiornosti kultura i pojedinaca koji raspolažu znanjem o klasičnoj starini. Tekst razmatra mogućnosti drugačije artikulacije ovog segmenta evropske baštine u obrazovanju, posebno naglašavajući višeslojnost i višeznačnost klasičnih uzora.
